THE TIKI BAR REVISITED

The graphic representations of mid-century Polynesia enliven CH Projects’ newest San Diego endeavor, trading the buttoned up mentality of their original Craft & Commerce with a wonderfully camp and delightfully kitsch tropical paradise.  Fashioned on the advice of tiki artists Bosko Hrnjak  and Ignacio “Notch” Gonzalez, False Idol pays tribute to imagined gods of eras past, every inch of the 1,000 square foot space decorated in pop-inspired tiki artifacts. And for that we’d like to raise our glass!

False Idol can be found just inside San Diego's Craft & Commerce..
