Unique Spaces: The 2015 Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts - A New Old House

In it's 51st year, the 2015 Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts revisits the 1910 English Tudor "Eliot House", the 9,400 square foot manse and 2,600 square foot carriage house designed by prominent Santa Barbara architect Fernand Parmentier, highlighting the design prowess of 18 interior designers and 8 exterior designers as well as the efforts of 75 volunteers tasked with producing the yearly spectacle.
