Design Camp: Coming to Atlanta Winter Market in 2015

Whether you're new to the interior design industry or a seasoned professional, if you have never heard of Design Camp it's quite possible that you either live under a rock or maybe just in a place where Al Gore has not yet brought the internet. Hosted by renowned designers Lori Dennis and Kelli Ellis, Design Camp is a two-day event geared not only to giving designers a leg up in today's ever changing business climate but also to challenge the way we think about our business practices and how we develop new and beneficial professional opportunities.

Instead of droll lectures from awkward presenters and superficial motivational pep talks from self-proclaimed industry "gurus", Design Camp features stimulating conversations from respected professionals, celebrity talent, and real life experts in their fields covering a vast array of topics - from getting projects published and working with editors, developing your own furnishings and fabrics lines, adopting more efficient social media practices, and in depth analysis of forthcoming design trends.  I personally have been to three Design Camps simply because Bill Indursky's trends forecast is spot on nearly every time and can't be missed. For 2015, Design Camp is giving designers a head start to building better businesses hosting their first Camp on the Eastern Seaboard compliments of AmericasMart during the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market, January 10th through the 11th.  Take this as an opportunity to experience firsthand the educational components, cocktail parties and networking opportunities that so many other designers have to love.
