A Grand Opening: Farrow & Ball's Orange County Showroom
Everyone knows I like a good party as much as the next guy. Or gal for that matter. It's been whispered that I like to RSVP to them all and see how many I can make happen in a single evening. So after posting last week about English colour genius Farrow & Ball's newest Japanese inspired wallcoverings, how could I say no to an invitation to not only celebrate the opening of their newest showroom in Orange County's South Coast Collection but to also spend a little time with style maven and personal friend Mrs. Lilien.
As Orange County continues to become a force in the design industry with new showrooms popping up at the Laguna Design Center (Thomas Lavin for example) and the development of the South Coast Collection featuring such brands as Scalamandré and Pirch, it would only make sense that Farrow & Ball would expand their individual boutiques featuring their deep British colours and painted wallpapers further south. A night of nibbles and cocktails keep party-goers happy while a showcases of wonderful hues and a private color consultation with F&B experts kept them wooed.
As for that goodie bag? The inclusion of Mrs. Lilien's newest book, Dessert Cocktail Swatchbook (soon to arrive in theTwentySIX digital bookstore coming next month) certainly didn't hurt.
D'Scoop wishes Farrow & Ball much success on their newest showroom!
